What we do

Brücke operates in the niche of Clean Infra & Content Ops AI: development and integration of sustainable infrastructure projects – focusing on low-emission hydrogen, renewables, public services and circular economy – always with a full digital layer of automation, data and narrative. We work on a small number of high-impact projects, connecting Southern Brazil, Latin America and Europe.

• Ponte H2 (H2 Bridge Program) 

Ponte H2 / PH2 is Brücke’s programme to structure regional low-emission hydrogen hubs and derivatives (ammonia, e-fuels), connecting production, use and logistics in ports, cities and agro-industrial regions. We integrate P-H2 plants, research and training centres (CPCs) and education campaigns (Time for H2) in a single project design.

• Brücke InfraOps (InfraOps – Digital Operations)

Brücke InfraOps focuses on operational digitalisation and automation in ports, hubs and clean energy plants. We design the OT/IoT/Data Ops architecture on the owner’s side, defining requirements, integrating technical partners and ensuring that data, alarms and KPIs are aligned with governance, compliance and ESG reporting.

• Brücke CivicOps (CivicOps – Digital Public Services)

Brücke CivicOps brings automation, data and AI to public services such as health, education, parks, mobility and citizen services. We organise information flows, sensors and dashboards so that public managers can track impact, gain efficiency and report transparently.

• Brücke OpenGround (OpenGround – Governance & Communities)

Brücke OpenGround focuses on governance, transparency and community relations in clean infrastructure projects. We map stakeholders, structure listening and dialogue channels, produce clear reports and connect real impact data to the narratives that matter for financiers, oversight bodies and society.
