Southern Brazil hosts two decarbonisation cases that Brücke is structuring, combining circular economy, low-emission hydrogen and renewables in one of the most relevant energy-transition markets in the world.

• Energy utilities – integrated power, gas or energy-solutions companies seeking new revenue streams in hydrogen and industrial decarbonisation. They have the technical capability and balance sheet to structure medium- and long-term projects, aligning PPAs, offtake contracts and shared infrastructure.

• Industrial groups – energy-intensive players or CO₂ emitters (basic industry, agro-industry, chemicals, logistics) interested in reducing carbon risk and protecting competitiveness. They can act as anchor off-takers and, at the same time, co-investors in shared decarbonisation assets.

• Institutional investors – infrastructure funds, pension funds, private equity platforms and impact vehicles seeking assets aligned with the energy-transition agenda. They can structure investment vehicles, consolidate governance and drive the feasibility-study cycle with financial discipline and a portfolio view.
